Del joined Northwest Center as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Del has more than 40 years of experience in both national and international industries including software, finance, engineering, aviation, government contracting, high tech manufacturing, fisheries, consumer goods, and ecommerce, and has held numerous board and “C” level positions in companies ranging from $2 billion in annual turnover to greenfield startups.
Prior to joining Northwest Center, Del was CFO at Inspirage. Previously, he was a partner in Tatum’s Pacific Northwest Practice, where he spent 12 years on client company assignments that included Chief Operating Officer for a high-end consumer products company, Business Director at Soph-ware Associates, Mentor to the Audit Committee at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, and CFO at a variety of consumer and professional services companies including Kuskokwim Corporation and Veratect Inc. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for SMITH, Interim CFO for EB Brands, and CFO at Ecohaus and QBEO.
Del has served on the board of organizations including Willapa Bay Enterprises Corporation (2008-2016), NCFCA (2000-2010), and LB Games (2003-2009). He has lived and worked internationally in locations including Samoa, Britain, France, Russia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Faroes, Germany, Belgium, Fiji, Tonga, New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, South Africa, Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Senegal.
Del has taught speaking and presentation skills and coached high school debate teams, as well as teaching entrepreneurial courses at the University of Washington, primarily in the areas of business forecasting and capital formation.
He earned an MBA in General Management from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business and holds a Certificate in Apologetics from Biola University.
