Caitlin Rosser

Family Resource Coordinator

Caitlin Rosser was born and raised in the Seattle area. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare. Caitlin has always loved working with children and families. Before joining Northwest Center, she worked in Early Childhood education as an ECEAP Preschool teacher and preschool assistant. She also had the opportunity to spend 3 years in Tanzania, East Africa, consulting with preschool teachers about best practice and helping to develop a grassroots Special Education program in a local preschool. It was during her time in East Africa that Caitlin discovered her passion for helping children of all abilities to reach their potential.  She is so excited to carry on this work with Northwest Center.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, tackling DIY house projects and hiking with their three children. She also enjoys cooking and planning trips.
