Spotlight on...Theresa!

Theresa has been a bright spot at Northwest Center for 14 years. She works in our shredding facility five days a week, where she can sort paper, move heavy bins and load conveyer belts with the best of them! Theresa has steadily increased her job responsibilities, and is always interested in taking on more difficult and demanding tasts. At the same time, she demonstrates sensitivity and patience toward her co-workers, making her a leader among her team. Northwest Center honored Theresa with an employee achievement award at the 2008 Golden Hearts Luncheon and we wish her continued success in her job.
